Rockwood's Book!

Well, my book is almost ready. I am finishing up my review of the proof from the printer and fixing a few typos here and there. It should be ready to go by the second or third week of March.

It was a real thrill to finally hold a copy of it in my hands, the fruit of so much hard work. The rewards of hard work is the #1 lesson you should be learning as an athlete.
